The PA was a twenty something woman who must have gotten her certificates out of a cracker jack box. My wife and I had pneumonia...full blown pneumonia...and she gave us Dextromathphane cough medicine...we had already been taking NyQuil for a week!
She didn't listen to a thing my wife said, and my wife has medical training, it was very disrespectful particularly because the PA didn't even look at our medications! The cough medicine is not intended for more than three days use and it interacts with one of my other IM medicines.
It's a racket. They gouge your insurance and won't even prescribe warrented appropriate medicine. We didn't even get any 800mg ibuprofen and we're still running fevers over 102.
As a side note: what idiot of a doctor would tell patients with obvious bronchial and respatory issues to go sit in the shower to feel better? Hot steam, broth, or tea..I can understand that....but soaking wet hair lying in bed breeds bacteria and chills.
If that idiot is a PA...my wife should be the head of oncology at John's Hopkins.
Update: the DXM cough suppressant has now precipitated a complex partial seizure (my wife has epilepsy) I will be filing a grievance with the medical board.

Worst service ever. Made an online appointment for 1. Was first in line then had 2 people called before me. Finally called back at 2:30. Finally saw the "doctor" who did not listen or understand anything I said. Now I've wasted 3.5 hours of my day at this terrible place and have to go to another real doctor so I can figure out what is wrong.

Great service. Fast. Was in and out 30 minutes after finishing the paperwork. They even got me an appointment with a specialist the same day. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Received excellent service - from the phone call to verify that they take our insurance until we left (with ten stitches in the arm). This facility is great, professional, caring, and able to laugh and make you feel relaxed.
Will return, hopefully, not too soon.
