They give good care when they show up, but it takes them 30 minutes to answer a bell. Then they yell at him for messing the floor trying to get to the commode on his own. We do not care for this place much.

HORRIBLE. My father was sent here for physical therapy rehab after his cancer treatment. His doctor instructed Curahealth (previously Kindered) to give him a white cell shot everyday for 3 days to boost his immune system (these shots are mandatory after chemotherapy), and the second day he was there we discovered his nurse didn’t give him the shots, but was signing her name and dating his reports saying she did! He was on a mechanical soft diet and for one of the dinners they gave him a dry chicken burger with no lettuce, tomato, ketchup, anything! Just bread and meat. When we explained to the nurse he was on a soft mechanical diet as perscribed by their nutritionist and we asked to get something else, she said, “The kitchen is closed and everyone gets the same meal. Your daughter can buy you dinner from around here.” One night my dad had to go walking around the building looking for a blanket because they wouldn’t answer his bed call! We also did all the bed sheet changing and the bed baths! Trust me, I have a long list of more complaints! Avoid this place like the plague! My dad was supposed to stay here for a month, but we took him home after 4 days because we were scared for his life staying there!

Dangerous staff work there. Learned one member has a history of domestic violence. Kindred doesn't care about the safety of their patients. Guy has a temper and has treated patients rough. My mom is scared of him. My mom will be going to another facility.

They are taking care of my mom. They did a absolute BRILLIANT JOB... They were very focused and did a very very good job... My mom stated there were certain staff members (not core staff) that were a bit lacking in bedside manners and concern but this was only a one time occurrence. Good people. Good staff. Knowledgeable. THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD GO... Yes the building is older... But the people make up for that with their dedication to repair and recovery.
