Saul has been my agent for almost 10 years. At times it is hard to get a hold of someone in the office (but in all fairness calling near the end of business doesn't help) but he is usually prompt at addressing my needs and most of my interactions are done with him personally. Happy with the service.

Poor service. Rude to people. Doesn't give your over pay. Lies to people. Said he mails you a letter, but doesn't. I've been waiting.

I don't Understand how this Office is still in Business. Gave them a call, Took my info, said they would call in 15 min. Took around 4 hours, Called them back. Told me my Quote was ready, they were going to call me back, They call me back and ask for my info all over again and told me that they forgot to ask me a few more things, told me they would call me back, Never heard from them again. Again, Not sure how they are still in Business, if you want to waste your time, Contact this office right here. They don't care about the time you've been waiting for their business.
