I haven't been here in years. And when I came back, these people were SO NICE TO ME! They asked if it was my first time back in a while and I said yes. They gave me free guacamole, AND A FREE LARGE DRINK just for coming back and they wanted me to try out their new ingredients! They were ALL so helpful and NICE to me! There is LITERALLY no way to make this a better experience! I'll come back just because the way they treated me! See u again SOON! THANK YOU!!

Long time lover of Chipotle since the original in Denver. Today was a disappointment...I came in for the salad which is tough to mess up. When I asked for the salad dressing, I was told they were out, as they didn't have one ingredient. Well, okay, but now they don't have what I came in for...salad with dressing. Surely someone could find a solution to this (go find the missing ingredient, borrow from another Chipotle, or ask if I wanted a salad with no dressing). I had the chicken on the salad, and twice I found inedible gristle chopped in my salad. Gross.
Will I hurry back for my favorite salad? Probably not. This was at the Campbell location, and these were avoidable gaffs if management was paying attention to the important things...quality control and client satisfaction.

Fresh food, good selection of ingredients. Wanted cilantro, not on choices, so went in back and got me some fresh! Good service, with a smile...

I don't own stock in this company, but I wish I did. Fresh and full portions make this one of the best casual dining spots in Tucson. A favorite is on Oracle/Wetmore where I find the portions most generous. And I like that!!
