This place deserves 0 stars! I arrived around noon. No one seated or greeted us. The table was dirty. The tables were placed too close together. No one even acknowledged us!
The buffet food appeared so old and dried out. I sat back down and some busboy asked me smugly if I wanted to place an order. There were no lunch specials. Our "waitress" never came by at all to even check on us much less to introduce herself as our waitress. I didn't know who was who.
The overpriced sesame chicken I ordered that was delivered by the busboy was cold. I had to flag down the waitress to come over and throw it in the microwave. She never offered to bring me something else. The sesame chicken came back cold again. She probably didn't do anything to it.
I asked the busboy if he thought he gave good service. He rudely yelled at me saying "I'm not you waiter. She is. You talk to her!!!" I just didn't want to put up with the rotten service any longer, so yet again, I had to flag down the "waitress" and asked to talk to her manager.
I explained to the manager the service was terrible and the "waitress" never checked on us. The manager never apologized to us at all. I went to go pay and the busboy was laughing, giving attitude, and swearing at me, yelling "You no wanna pay foh the f***ing sheshame chickn. I no f***ing care!!! Just f***in pay you bill and get out now!!!"
I have never had such bad service and cold food in all my life. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was just a downright unacceptable and disgusting experience.

The food is delicious, hot, and the buffet is fresh & plentiful. Nice variety of sauces. At under 10$ for the lunch buffet it's a good value. Prompt & friendly service was given. Good for groups all ages.

I noticed their service has gone down. They usually added tips on your bill, now they will get very upset if you refuse to add more tips. Once a meal I noticed they added 15% tips yet asking me adding another 15%. How greedy they became? Food used to be good, now over priced yet sometimes serving cold and taste weird. What can I say? This was a spot for me and my friends, was!

This is a mixed bag for me - it used to be excellent. We ate lunch at noon and the place was almost empty - it used to be full. The noodle tray was empty, same for the wings, which had been my favorites. The overall quality and freshness is gone. They did have a very good ice cream selection and fresh melons. Unless you work downtown, it's out of the way. I did get to taste a fresh tray of wings - the one I had was excellent. I'll give them one more try.
