This management continues to put young untrained sarcastic kids at thier register. Had a tag team brother & sister experience this a m about 10am. Totally clueless with common curticey and basic business ethics. If it wasn't for my grand kids, I wouldn't go there. I have spent 38yrs in a job where customer service was at the top priority. These two are the example of what businesses have to look forward. Good luck.

Dunkin wouldn't refill my iced tea for free. It was a small cup of tea that was still half full! I was very disappointed with that decision! The donut was, however delicious! Bummer about the drink!!

Place is great coffee comes out a little strong, but I prefer it to be strong than to sweet. Because I'm a man, and I prefer my iced caramel latte white whipped cream strong.
