First time I went was great. Then went again and my burrito was cold. Tried again tonight and it was super cold. I've noticed other people have said this.

This place is delicious.
Their tacos: the perfect crunch without being oily.
Their rice: busting with flavor.
Their green salsa: heart that's addicting.
And very friendly staff. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Usually this is my go to place for fast Mexican food... however tonight was a terrible expierence. Waited for almost 10 minutes in the drive through which is fine..if the food is hot and correct, I don’t mind waiting. But when we got home we
Only had one of the two burritos we ordered and it wasn’t even the one we ordered! So a burrito short and one that wasn’t even close to the right kind. At least the tacos were right! My husband took the burrito back and after waiting for 15 min just to fall to someone because there were two others ahead with messed up order also he told them we only got the one and the cook argued with him saying he put two in the bag and that’s what we ordered. Uh.. no. I can understand mistakes but make it right afterwards for the customer who comes to you weekly. Will be finding another place to go! Customer service goes a looooong way especially when mistakes are made. Usually it’s great there not sure if they have a new cook or what!

horrible service. waited in the sun while they served four cars that pulled up after my order. won't go back if they can't take care of customers standing right in front of them. Food not that great. Poco and Mons way better - just across the street.

Apparently "new" means they don't know how to make it. Went there this morning for a breakfast burrito and saw their new steak, bacon, eggs, and cheese breakfast burrito. Loving all these things I quickly ordered it. Proceeded to eat my burrito and found quite the travesty. Steak was overdone and tough, bacon was like a limp noodle which was just completely inedible, Im not even sure that was cooked enough to serve. Needless to say I had to throw this "food" away because I wasn't in the mood to risk food poisoning. In short I will never EVER return here and I suggest people look somewhere else for their mexican food.
