My daughter and I went to Millie's for the first time today, and we both loved it! The ambience is charming, it was clean, and we were greeted and seated immediately. The menu was diverse, and the prices were very reasonable. We both ordered the strawberry Russian blintz with a side of bacon (ordered "limp" as we don't care for crispy bacon), and our food was delivered to our table within ten minutes, and cooked perfectly. Our blintzes were absolutely delicious! Our server, Audrey, was very friendly and attentive, checking on us several times throughout our meal. It was a very pleasant dining experience, and we will definitely be back.

This place once was great but the owners/management have run this place into the ground. They don't care if you are satisfied or have a good time. They just see you as money, and they try to overcharge and try charging for stuff that usually isn't charged for at other places for simple things like substitutions. This isn't a very friendly place, and the management forces their employees to live in an environment of fear. I'd avoid this place: especially if you loved this place in the past. It would be just too sad.

Normally I don't review places that I eat since they're all more or less the same and my feelings for the food or the people I feel aren't significant enough from my interactions to warrant a review. That being said, Millie's has earned this. Our server, Caitlyn, was terrific in every sense of the word. Very patient with me and my girlfriend during our first visit here to eat. Very friendly and helpful like you would expect good servers to be. The food was terrific, we got a full stack of blueberry pancakes, my girlfriend had a cheese omelette and I had a bacon omelette. The full stack came with 3 pancakes all of which were very well sized. The cherry on top of our visit however was when we had paid our bill and were on our way out the door, Caitlyn stopped us and asked if I'd like my insulated water bottle refilled before we left. I bring it with me everywhere since me and my girlfriend don't have a car. I didn't need it refilled as I'd drank their water mostly while I was eating. The reason all of this compelled me to write this review is because I've never felt more like a server, like any employee, at a store cared for no reason other than to just care. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good breakfast food and wonderful staff and would encourage you to go despite whatever the star rating may show. I look forward to all future visits to eat here.

This place is having some sort of meltdown today. Server's fighting with customers, all kinds of people pissed off, wrong orders. Waiting for an hour and still no food. Not sure what the problem is here today but the service has been horrible. Food took an hour and was warm at best, people behind us also got cold food. Hopefully this was a one time problem but I won't be coming back to find out.
