I felt that because the owner wouldn't let me use the phone at his establishment to make a simple call informing my roommate that I would either be home in 20 minutes or to report me missing after I had told him that well leaving his establishments last time I got robbed at gunpoint yes simply I don't have a phone at the moment because someone took it his response to that was "I'm not that close to my customers". Well he's damn close to the money that I provide when I go there to make my drink purchases or play pool you got to be within some distance of anybody to get that but you cant let me use a f****** phone to make a phone call for my own safety or to get a ride home that's some b******* you're a horrible business owner I really hope that your establishment gets shut down but all your employees find other jobs first because they're great. I could have your liquor license pulled at any time so you better straighten up.

We have been twice recently on Sunday nights and have had some mixed experiences here. Love, love, love the karaoke here though. If it turns out my first visit issues were a fluke, I'll change my rating to a 5. Drink prices are inline with most places in Tucson. Our second visit was great! Kind and friendly service. Bartender was aware of our interests enough to inform us they also have karaoke on Thursdays. We will definitely be going back, and I have my figures crossed for more nights like the second.
My issues on the first night mainly had to do with the service. Different bartender, and it took nearly 20 minutes from when we ordered our drinks until all four made their way to us. We had to remind her twice what our fourth drink even was (a shot of tequila). Then she just ran my card without asking if I wanted to keep it open. We were there to spend time catching up with an old friend, but that last move made me feel like she didn't want us there. They lost money on us that night. Night one had 4 drinks between 4 people. Night two had 15 drinks between 3.
Like I said though, more nights like the second, I may come back and just forgive the first night as a fluke.
