I'm done with this smashburger, after the guy took my money, he made my burger with no gloves and he wiped his nose with the back of his hand.

I love this location. Service is usually good and it's generally not a busy spot at any time of the day. They serve one of my top three burgers in Tucson. Had a Baja Cobb salad for the first time ever, added grilled chicken, and didn't speak more than 3 words to my wife until it was gone! Highly recommend it!!

They consistently mess up my order of Cobb salad no cheese (I don't mind non-blue cheese but I thought no cheese would be easier to understand) I got a salad with blue cheese and no chicken which was missing. If this was the first time I'm quite accepting but this was after months of not going here because my wife was sick of the mistakes. I love this food please fix the logistics 😖

Food is usually good, as is all Smashburger. The staff at this one is the unfriendliest bunch of people. Always stone faced, never ask "how can I help you", basic customer service stuff. One girl was even on her phone when we walked up to order, barely even noticed we were there. Need people skill classes STAT!

The food was good. We went in on a Tuesday to take advantage of their "kids eat free" offer. It wasn't to busy. One small family ahead of me. We made similar orders but not exactly the same. I had ordered more food and only burgers. An employee came to our table and put down the first two plates. They were correct but came out before the other families order. When he returned with the rest of the food, I realized that he had given us the other families order. When I tried to bring it to his attention, he looked at me like I was speaking a different language. I had to insist on him taking the food back or to the correct table, assuring him that it was not ours. No other issues but to be completely honest, I know people like roast before work and that's cool with me. Just don't get so high, you can't interact with customers.
