The counter staff was pleasant, the prices were reasonable, but Domino's does better wings than this place. Basic off the shelf sauces and dips, at best.
I cannot understand how this place has the rating it does. They must have a lot of friends.

This place is amazing. The owner is very friendly and the staff is very helpful also. It's clean and prices are reasonable

Worst service ever!! As we wait outside , one of the cooks comes out to spit in the concrete walkway behind us twice. We then enter the restaurant at 8:09pm on a Friday night, observe the same cook prepping wings with his bare hands and the female cashier walks up to him whispering something that prompts him to put on plastic gloves. The cashier then does us a favor by “allowing us “ to place a so called takeout order as they stop taking orders at 845pm because they close at 9pm. She stated she would leave a garbage bag outside their patio for us so we could eat our food and cleanup after ourselves. After back and forth discussions about the current time being 8:09 pm and questioning her why we couldn’t place a regular order, we decided not to deal with crappy and disgusting service!

The food is always great! After we first found out about Wings & Rice, we ate there five times in two weeks. My favorite is the Louisianan, & the Spicy Garlic Parmesan bone-in wings. The fried rice is delicious with the house sauce drenched across it. The customer service has been great every time we've been there as well. I would highly recommend Wings & Rice.

The weirdest selection of food you'll ever see in a restaurant, but oh is it good.
The lemon pepper wings are a personal favorite but it's hard to go wrong, and the fried rice is great. Not a health friendly place, but quite tasty.
Four stars because the service can be off putting at times.
