I used to love them, however I needed them to approve an order I made through 1-800-Pet-Meds. They changed my order without notifying me. When I called to get it resolved I never got a phone call back, for two weeks I would call & get the same response, "I'll look into it & give you a call back". Nothing. Stephanie is beyond rude & the reason we'll be looking for a new vet. If you don't have to deal with her, the place isn't bad if you dont mind people never calling you back.

Dr D. is the best vet we've ever had. She spoils my beagle with treats and keeps him comfy. Great staff.

I really like this clinic. The waiting room is welcoming with upholstered furniture, like a big living room, My dog needs acupunture and the treatment rooms are so comfortable. Different in that there is a couch in each room with a clean covered mattress on the floor where we all sit during the treatment. Dr. D is compassionate and caring. She has helped my dog immensely with his uncommon medical condition.

They are awesome! I'm a young college student and they worked with me to make my visit very manageable and cost friendly. Very nice and warming staff. This is the only place I will ever take my pet, 10/10 would reccommend!

Been using Bernarda and Dr. D for well over 15 yrs and my mother has for longer then I. This is hands down the most friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable staff of any clinic in town. I have had to use 5 other clinics in emergency situations in the past, and have never experienced as great a service as I do with Bernarda veterinary. There simply is no better choice. The folks become a part of your family
