Amazing food and friendly service! I love this place. Great patio too with a decent view.

Went for breakfast Saturday, was seated immediately. Server came 5mins later to take our drink orders. I ordered coffee and water. It took her 10mins to bring my water & coffee!!! She said something happened and she had to get manager. I said sorry to hear, showed concern and wished her a good outcome. She looked frustrated. We ordered our breakfast and asked if we could move to another table because the sun was in my face.

As we got up, she asked us to sit at the booth just two tables over. After we were seated, I noticed the table was not as clean and saw 6 inch white hair!!! I quickly covered it with the drink isle on the table. If my daughter saw it, she would've walked out! Only reason I didn't change tables was because the booth I wanted was taken by then. Thirty minutes passed and still no food! The people seated after us got their food and they ordered 10mins ago! Confused, I asked for manager. She came and I explained what had happened...Manager said it should only take 15mins to bring our food. It took 35mins!!! I ordered sunny side up eggs and they brought scrambled eggs. Manager said it takes one minute to make sunny side up eggs...it was literally raw! The eggs were cold! The food had no taste. Horrible horrible service!

Two days later, my daughter wanted key lime pie. I brewed Starbucks coffee from our hotel room and took it to the Grill...I was really cold. The heat got to me! The same waitress made a B line to our table and said, I couldn't bring outside drinks! I explained to her that my coffee was from the same hotel. She raised her voice and got loud. She said it's against the law. She offered to brew restaurant coffee and I asked if it was Starbucks...she said, "no" loudly. So rude! Then she said..."you don't like our coffee?" Weird thing to ask when I haven't even tried their coffee. What if my kids had allergies and pack home made juices and take it to restaurant??? She's crazy! Terrible service!

I told her we will just have the pie to go. I explained to her that I was at the grill yesterday and the server let me keep my coffee. She said it's up to the server but today I couldn't have my coffee! Rude again! I asked for her name and she said, "Jacinta" and then asked if I wanted her to spell it!!! RUDE!

As we were leaving, her manager asked if everything was okay. Told him what happened and he just apologized. Don't go here if you want bad service from Jacinta! She can't get your order correct. It's coffee and sunny side up eggs! Not that difficult! She needs coaching. She needs to realize that customers always right! She needs to chill. She has something against women!!! She will bring your food late. She is rude and will seat you in a dirty table! She is NOT attentive! She has no shame! She should not be in the service industry. She is a huge liability!!! She can't crack a smile. She can't communicate! She lacks social skills!!!

This weekend there was 1. Tulsa Tough 2. The Nora Jones concert 3. A convention happening in YOUR hotel. We waited 15 minutes for two people to get seated with empty tables and then another 15 at a booth with no one coming to see us. We just decided to leave and are happily eating down the street at Dilly Diner...with a zero minute wait. The servers were doing their best so this isn't on them, but for a $160/night hotel room at a Hyatt, you'd think management would look at a calendar and plan ahead and give them some help.

I keep trying to give this place a chance since I work in the building next door to it but they just cannot get it together over there. I just stopped in to grab some lunch to go....it took 5 minutes to get a menu. 10 minutes to finally place an order and 20 minutes to get the order. The bartender / waiter was literally sweating so profusely on his head that he looked like he just stepped out of the gym. It really wasn't all that busy in there and he was absolutely frantic. He was also pretty much rude and completely lacking any personality. He could not be bothered to say something like "hey, sorry your order took so long----and sorry it was wrong when I brought it out." It is a running joke that no one ever goes there to eat unless they have plenty of time because the service is always so slow. The food is decent but it is over priced and the service is consistently mediocre.
I'm sure I will forget in a few months and wander back over to give them another try. Hopefully a worthwhile manager will take control of that mess. Disappointing.
