I had a filling replaced by Dr Prince. The filling began to chip out immediately after I left the office before I even had a chance to make it home. When I went back in complaining about horrible pain I was ignored and told it was part of the healing process. Eventually I was able convince him to replace the filling. Later that year I started having debilitating tooth aches. Once again I was told this is fine and was given some anti-biotics and pain meds. I spend another 6 months in pain and keep going in for help and I end up being told that my wisdom teeth need pulled. Okay... I get them pulled and the pain once again comes back. At this point I'm fed up and I go to a new dentist. Turns out while I was dealing with the bad filling something got in my tooth and caused an infection. Our expert Dr Prince never could figure that one out. I end up having to get a root canal. I feel like this could have been avoided if someone had actually taken my concerns seriously. Even if all of this was to be ignored the rude comments the Dr made about me to the assistants or directly to me almost every visit were not welcomed. I went to this place with a fear of dental work from childhood experiences. This place affirmed every fear I had. Luckily I have found a new dentist that has helped remove some of that fear. I will never be coming back here. This is not my dentist.

Everyone is very nice. Made me feel very safe and as comfortable as a person can be in a Dentist office. Dr.Christopher Burke was very good. They didn't make me feel bad that it had been many years since seeing a dentist.1-

Man I dont know about these people but I had a great experience Dr. Prince was awesome he fixed my tooth got me out of pain in the same day and did not have any issues! I read these reviews before going in and they had me kind of scared but after going in there is no question i will be going back for all of my work from front to back it was awesome! from these reviews all i can say is dental work isnt cheap going in you should expect to have to pay for it not be upset because they told you your tooth needs work its not their fault you need it done.. man i would recommend this place to anyone AWESOME!!!

This is THE worst place ever!! I had never been to MY DENTIST before, but since they were close to my home, I thought I would give them a shot. BIG MISTAKE!! The reason I went is because I had broken off part of a tooth. That was my only reason for going and at the time was my only concern. After going to the back to have X-Rays taken, the dentist comes in and instead of looking at the tooth I came in about, he starts looking at EVERY SINGLE ONE of my teeth and then pointed out what was wrong with each one. When he was finished he said, "Do you have any questions for me?" And I was like, "Yeah, how much is all that going to cost?" His exact words were, "I don't know, but we're going to get you back to one of our financial specialists and they'll go over it with you." He made no effort to fix my tooth at all! So, I go back to the waiting room, sit for 5 or 10 minutes and then get called in by the 'financial specialist' who ends up giving me a print out with over $8000 worth of work that I supposedly needed done!! SERIOUSLY!!! I come in over one tooth and they give me THAT??!!!!! My visit and exam was $79, so basically what ended up happening is I paid $79 for an $8000 quote!! And my tooth NEVER got fixed. I have already talked several people out of going there and I will talk more out of going every chance I can!! Word of mouth works wonders!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Save your time and your money!! This place is a racket!!
