I actually never planned on writing this review. I was googling other walk in type clinics to get help with my current issue because I have surgery in less than a week (unrelated to current sickness) and knew this specific clinic had always been unable to help. Or unwilling. I have seen a few of the doctors there for a few different issues at different times and all but one treated me like I was an idiot and that I didn’t know my own body when asking for an antibiotic and trying to articulate my previous medical history. I genuinely felt like they thought I was in there to get hard drugs when all I needed was some cough meds (because I get bronchitis all the time and have thebinhaler to prove it) and a z pack. Almost every time I have been in there I have had to go back because they didn’t listen to me the first time. I don’t know why any doctor would ever treat a patient with a genuine concern as less than caring. The last time I went there I went in three different times and ended up on the phone in tears with someone at the front desk because I felt as though I was being taken advantage of and it seemed as though they didn’t want to make me better so I would have to come back. Judging by all the terrible reviews I can see why they need all the business they can get. The people at the front desk were the only good part of this clinic.

Dr. Hillary Pane was amazing. The front office girl was great. The nurse was fantastic. Would definitely recommend

I went on a Wednesday at 5 pm. I was the only person in the lobby when I arrived. A couple of people arrived after me. I was seen within 10 minutes. The person at the front desk was lovely. The radiology technician who took my patient history was also wonderful. My favorite were Dr. Pane and nurse Evelyn. They explained everything and were very attentive and caring. I will definitely be going back and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Best service by far! We have been to a couple of urgent cares and I will definitely take myself and my family back if need be. The front desk girls are super sweet. Ashley works at the front and she is very helpful and kind. The nurses and doctors are great too!

I have never been so upset after an experience that I actually took the time to get online and write a review. But here I am. When I arrived, the woman behind the front desk was patient and caring, did her job well. I can't say the same for Ruth Miller, DO. The entire time I was there she treated me as if I was making my symptoms up and lying to her. While I was in excruciating pain she did nothing to help me, but instead would leave for 20 minutes come back and see if I had "gotten over it." Her exact words. I've never had a doctor act the way she did. She was rude, impatient, and insensitive. She also lied on my patient report about what happened and what was said. URGENT CARE, look at the multiple complaints of your doctor!
