OU Physicians-Pediatric Department

I got hung up on told there was a staff metting after I held on the phone for 20 min she took my child's info made me hold on the phone with her. Then told me there was a staff meeting and I'd just have to call back and hung up on me! I've already called back 4 times before this!!!! She didnt give me her name! Just a horrible experience!

I recently changed pediatricians and have been extremely pleased with my decision to choose Dr. Hall with OU Pediatrics. He spent more time with my boys and I than any other doctor that I have EVER had. He spoke to them individually (they are 13 and 14) so they could build a trusted rapport and was very thorough and provided detailed print out of his reports to myself. He took the time to answer questions and ask many questions in return allowing him to get to know his patients. Both of my boys expressed how much they enjoyed their visit and conversation which is always a relief to a mother when she is trying to make the right decision for her kids. You could tell he really enjoys what he does and that he really cares for his patients health.

It is a pain having to make the appointments. The receptionist that helped me one time didnt transfer my docs to have me transferred out because they closed in 5mins. And if you want your child to seen for a emergency make sure you call a week in advance...

I just tried to get my son registered through OU Pediatrics.. The receptionists we're very rude and didn't want to wait a couple seconds for me to get my information ready for my child... They just hung on me.. When I called and asked for management she just hung up again while she was laughing... It's like trying to order a pizza from some high school kids trying to get your kid to see a doctor.. I need a good place to take my children... A place better than this...

The receptionists and their managers are very rude and demanding... they will make you stop talking before they care
about getting your child the care that they need.. Very frustrating when your child is going through pain and the receptionists can't swallow their pride and connect me with someone to help.. THEY JUST HANG UP ON YOU... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
