the people here are very welcoming, very polite, and very helpful. there staff members if they don't know the exact answer to your question they don't pretend to and will go out of their way to find some one else who will know. 2thumbs up in my book.

Up until this morning, I would have gladly referred anyone I knew to this agent and State Farm insurance as a whole. But after 2.5 hours of trying to get anyone from the corporate call center to answer, and leaving voicemail messages for someone at Ms Glover's office to please call me back (they open at 9:00, and no one is manning the phones at all this morning), my experience has changed, completely and quickly. I know longer have confidence in recommending this agency or State Farm as a whole.

Jeannie and her staff have always been most helpful and professional while recommending critical insurance coverage for my business and personal property. Jeannie's agency doesn't insure my family personally, we use another wonderful State Farm agent, however we've done business with Jeannie and her team as well as her customers. Jeannie and her team have always presented themselves with the highest professionalism not just to us but her customers around. I had Farmers insurance since I was 16, I'm 23 now, and I made the switch to State Farm earlier this year. It was a GREAT choice to make!! They have worked with me to find the best policy for my life at the best price. And when I have had issues financially they have worked with me to the best of their ability. I even got a free tote bag when I signed up that is super cute and I use it regularly. I do not regret my decision to switch and recommend her 10/10 !!
