Most of these reviews I read before visiting the restaurant were full of negative comments regarding customer service. I suggest you each take a trip to Vietnam and experience the culture of the people. You might understand a thing or two about their demeanor. If you don't have the money to take the trip, find a counselor that can help you with your exceedingly high expectations of others. This restaurant is the most authentic in every area! The pho is the best I've found in town. The people who own it are fantastic people!

We ordered pho and they brought us tiny bowls of some soup. But no pho. The bowl was coffee cup sized but they charged us as much as we usually pay for a real bowl of pho. The rice was horrid and they just ignored us after serving us.

Binh Le is my favorite restaurant ever. I love their Bun Cha Gio and I always get an order of egg rolls and an order of Lumpia Dogs. So delicious!

Quiet casual atmosphere; you can actually have a conversation. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. My personal favorite is the Cashew Chicken Double Delight.

Good food. A little pricey. The wife is the wait staff and isn't very attentive. Somewhat of a dislike. The chef however is really talented and has a really good personality.
