We ate here a year ago and it was fantastic and professional. This time, not so much. They were severely understaffed and the manager did not seem to care at all. He was very nonchalant and basically let his only server drown. The burgers were dry and nobody came to check on us so we basically ate a quarter of our burgers because we were starving and we only saw a staff member once every 30 minutes. Only one female cook seemed to care about the quality of her service, the rest were young kids who just threw the burgers together. We paid 60 bucks for a meal we did not enjoy at all and the staff could care less. Our server literally threw the receipt and pen at me in a frantic rush. Really questioning if we will visit again.

In my humble opinion, the best place to get a burger in Tulsa. I love the variety of options and I've never been disappointed by the 'it is what it is'. I implore you to take a risk and try it

Wonderful gourmet burgers & fries. Also you have to try the house made root beer.

Awful services, cheap fries, soggy burger, I had to ask them to bring me a different bun. And took 35mins when there were only 5 ppl in the restaurant. Said it was because it was lunch time. Burger Street has Better Burgers and there cheap! Would not recommend.

Best burger me and my husband had in a long time! Hubbies had the Ranchhand and I had the Jalapeno burger with Tuxedo fries. Delish!!! But the homemade root beer and ketchup was the bomb! 💣💣💣💣💣
