I’ve now been to Chimera twice in the past few weeks, both times for Sunday Brunch. Other times I’ve come by in the afternoons for a brew with friends.
Chimera has a ton of good coffee and usually an eclectic selection of beer (8taps). The nitro coffee is my go-to.

Brunch - it gets busy, long lines to order food and a decent wait to get ordered items. Breakfast tacos are a bit pricey (4-4.5$/per). Patience though, it is worth both wait and price. Three tacos are enough to fill me completely and I’m a big guy.
There are seven different tacos and you get to add a salsa to each; what I’ve had are delicious.
The place is mostly catering vegetarian/vegan dishes, and is all good.
There are a lot of seating options, indoor and out. Bicycle pickups just outside. Well lit indoor and music plays lightly.

This was my first time to eat at Chimera. It was very casual, which was good because we biked there. I was told the prices were a little high, but I found the portions to be generous and the food EXCELLENT. The service was great ... friendly, attentive, and efficient. I will absolutely go back.

I am not cool. I used to feel like the crowd was too hipster for me to be comfortable going on a regular basis.

I had to get over that because the food is so consistently quality. Every single item I have tried has been memorable.

They are accommodating about substitutions (eggs instead of tofu for me). The craft cocktails are worth the price, and the staff is laid back and skilled.

Excellent food and drink. The sandwiches are actually too large for one person. They are also a little on the pricey side but if you share one plate with somebody, obviously the price goes down to be quite affordable. they have an adequate selection of healthy food options and quality beer rotating selection. Staff is nice and they know their jobs. Service can be a little slow if they're busy

As a vegan, this is one of my favorite places to eat in Tulsa. The food is fresh, menu fun... Wish there was more consistency in the food prep. I am happy to have so many great vegan options. The drinks and coffee are excellent, the sourdough bread is awesome and can be ordered for your home, too. Service lacks, but the ambiance makes up for that.
