I walked up, didn't see a line so I said okay. "Ma'am?" and then 3 minutes later the woman answers me and says "What do you want" and I ask for 2 things. The double cookie with frosting and the huge cookie. The big cookie was.. Uncooked. The other one... I can't describe it. It had so much frosting only a 7 year old you'll eat it. Frosting tastes good. But when you put too much you just ruined everything. And also, like the other one. It wasn't fully cooked. I definitely didn't get what I payed for. Waste of 7 dollars.

Great cookies ~ horrible service. I ordered 2 birthday cookie cakes (for twins) 10 days prior to pick-up. When I arrived at the date and time decided upon there was only one cake there and decorated. Neither of the 2 employees that were manning the booth were qualified to decorate cakes. The assistant manager did the best he could using different colored frostings squirreled all over the cake - there was absolutely no writing and no design. Fortunately your cookies got a big laugh, but I certainly did not get what I paid for. Terribly disappointing!!!!!!!

Jeff & Terrell do a great job! We order cookie cakes for our staff about once a month and they always do a fantastic job. It is always fun to ask for random designs and see what they come up with. Our last request was a Margarita, Unicorn and Dog (see picture).
