Thay are not perminetly closed ! :@) Piggish is what You feal like after eating here HUGE PORSHENS & small prices , Thare is so much on the plate to take home for dinner that night or lunch the next day ! Thay give You TWO MEALS ON ONE PLATE ! :@) !!!!!!

I loved it from the beginning when I first started going. I love the CHICKEN FRIED STEAK!!!! My husband and I have been addicted ever since. Their food is very good, hot, and the service is excellent. If you don't like grease in your food, then this is not for the faint at heart. I just wish they were open on Sundays for lunch for the after church people.

Absolute Tulsa classic! Yeah, if you don't like the best Chicken Fried Steaks on the planet, then don't go there. Don't expect much fancy. But there's been millions of dollars of business and oil deals made at Nelson's over the years. On Fridays there is live music during lunch. Just good stuff.
