I called in to make a reservation. We had a free meal coupon. I called ahead of time to see if we can use two coupons on two different checks. The lady advised that as long as it is a separate check there is no problem. We get there and the waitress states that is not true and gives us the run around with a bit of an attitude. She then talks to the manager who therm agrees to take both coupons. Now we are Close to done with our meal and the waitress instead of asking are we interested in desserts or letting us as she brings the check. Okay no problem. I ask her about dessert and a gluten free option desert they have. She proceeds to say oh well I know it’s your moms birthday and we only give the regular cake so I didn’t offer. I understand that and have no problem with that. My mom then became a bit upset at the fact this waitress was not even willing to listen and just jumped on the we are not given a gluten free dessert for free so my mom at that point lost her appetite for any dessert.
We are not asking for a free dessert we are willing to pay..... but even before that the lady accidentally dropped the drink of my mom. Okay that’s fine mistakes happen. But too many happened in one night. We still tipped her pretty well considering all we went through. I would never go back again even if they paid me.

Try the lettuce wraps! They are amazing. This restaurant is always clean and the staff friendly.

Took my wife today. First time for me. Food was excellent, service was great too. Nice atmosphere and music. Had the Kung Pao shrimp. Not a single complaint. Great Wall chocolate cake was big enough for three people!! 👌

I only order takeout from PF Chang's and the thing I like most (besides the amazing food) is my order is ALWAYS right. I don't have to question it. It's packaged up, ready to go, I sign on the line and I'm ready to roll.
