They used to have really good food but not now. The chicken was cold and had a weird after taste. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like a wet dog and the place just looks run down. The floors were filthy and wallpaper was hanging down in places. Not what they used to be. Won't be going there ever again.

GREAT buffet ! Very accommodating ! We ate here on 10/20/17.....kids wanted the buffet but I wanted a specially prepared steamed dish off of the menu. It was prepared PERFECTLY. Also a very nice owner at the cashier. Will definitely be back. Thanks Royal Buffet !

Really confusing why they made us pay at the door.But after that we got stared down across the resturaunt the whole time. Food was cold and they know this because they have signs saying we have to stir our food every time we get some. I saw people come in and there be nobody to seat them. That and all the real Chinese food they had was so bland. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the shrimp was really good.

Bad food. Dried out. Bland, no flavor at all. Honestly if you want "Chinese food".... go to braums next door, They have a better selection there. Haha. Actually I would recommend Beijing gourmet on memorial and 61st. They even have a Mongolian grill inside as well.

If I could give lower then one star I would. This place was the WORST place I've ever eaten at! I went with my family of four including me and they made us pay BEFORE we ate and then charged ¢30 for a refill even McDonald's gives you a free refill. On top of all these things we paid $45 dollars for the meal got semi warm food and had to ask them to put out more on the bar. The way it looked proves the Tulsa health department does take pay offs. Can definitely tell the owner doesn't want to invest NEVER going back.
