Great Location & Wonderful Selection. Lilli, one of the employees here has worked for PetSmart for 22 years! We love visiting with her every time we go in!

I visited this location today because it's closer to my home and with my experience of working in the 41st area I try to drive my business there. I was in the isle waiting for the lady employee to finish another customer when she started to help another then walked away after that. So I proceeded to the desk for help and again after 10 minutes and she finally came just to tell me no they didn't have the hamster cage that was on sale on the shelf. I asked her, "so you only keep one on the shelf and once it sells that's it?" She said, Yup. I said ok and she just walked away. I called the 71st location and they were able to help me not only over the phone but in the store I was asked twice if I needed help even though I was on the phone and selecting what I needed.

My visit to Pets Mart was very nice. When I needed to find some-thing, there was always someone right there to help. The young man didn't just point in a certain direction he took me over to where my item was. Cashier was a very nice young lady. She also made me feel welcome and glad that I was shopping at PetSmart.
