I have used Riverbrook for several years. The doctors here really do a great job with my pets; however when I showed up for my appointment today I was told they had put it down on the wrong date in their computer. Considering I took the afternoon off work, drove from Tulsa to Broken Arrow to grab my hounds and then back to Brookside for my appointment I asked if they would please squeeze me in. The ladies working the front did not even take the time to ask the Dr. if they would be willing to quickly update my dogs on their shots. Very upset I drove to City Vet a block away. They were able to get my dogs the shots they needed (I was there for maybe 15 minutes). Even the Dr. at City Vet was surprised that Riverbrook would not do anything to try and save me as a customer. I’m just writing this post in hopes that maybe one day for someone else in the future Riverbrook will learn the value of a good Customer and not just let them walk away as I did.

our regular vet was already closed. Went in to this office with a dog in distress. They had us wait well over an hour in a room, after filling out the patient form then were told they were too busy to get to us after all and should try another vet. I was afraid the dog was dying. She said we didn't have an appointment so it was not a priority as a walk in even though it was an emergency. Unthinkable.

Dr. Layton saved our Border Collie's life this last Friday!! Had she not diagnosed the problem quickly, we would have lost our precious family member. Having traveled over 2,000 miles we thought our pup was car sick and when she did not improve Thursday evening we found Dr. Layton's clinic on line and immediately called. Mary Kate answered the phone and was so thoughtful and implied an immediate sense of urgency. While transporting her to the office from the parking lost our pup had a terrible seizure, so when we arrived, Mary Kate quickly got Dr. Layton who came out, carried her in and began treatment. A very special thank-you for the most thoughtful caring staff I've ever had the pleasure to meet!! We will be forever grateful to you Dr. Layton and the wonderful staff you have there.

I highly recommend Riverbrook. I have brought my pets here since 2005, but I have especially enjoyed Dr. Layton and Dr. Davied. They are wonderful and caring vets. They are the best!

Dr. Layton exceeded my expectations. She and the staff were professional, thoughtful, empathetic, practical, competent, and accommodating. They took the time to get to know me and my kitty and adapted to all our needs. I tried four different vets before Riverbrook and they're the absolute best.
