I went online to Enterprise Rent-A-Car and took care of all my needs for my reservation. Normally when I pick up, everyone is so polite as I rent there all the time. The guy there on Saturday 10/28 looked up my account and asked me for a bill since I was not using major credit, this was not a corporate trip. When I return to pick the car up, the service was worse, I had to fill out an extra form and I had reserved an intermediate and he tried to give me a 2 door compact telling me "that is what we consider an intermediate". I was frustrated and they knew it, they had a corolla that came in and finally got me on my way. My only bad experience.

We have use this rental place several times and each time the car looks like they didn’t clean in the last time the windshield wash was empty and trash in back of the seats. We will use it again because of the great customer service

Enterprise is reliable, and has a friendly staff. I was asked recently why I chose to go to Enterprise, and I told that person it was because they will go the extra mile for you. They treat you with respect and make sure you are safe on the road.

Every time I rent I have to wait a Long time to actually get the car. Sometimes I make my reservation at least 3 weeks in advance, but I still have to wait at pick up. The only good that happened this last time is that I ended up with an Awesome upgrade at no additional cost, but the car was FILTHY!!! There was grass hanging under the front bumper, coffee stains all over the dash board, and the floors were nasty, this was After they supposedly Washed the car, you could also see big sections that they missed while washing, with the car being black everything was very noticeable. I was Very disappointed with the time it took to pick up the car, and the condition the car was in, but fortunately my trip turned out Great in spite of it.
