Was prescribed something I'm allergic to at first, even though I covered it with the nurse and doctor. I called back to point out their error and they prescribed me something that I've taken before and had no observable effect. I guess they feel I deserve to be miserable. The sheer lack of care or consideration I was shown is astounding. For your own sake please avoid this place, it's almost as if they would rather antagonize their patients than help them.

There's a short hair woman with a bad weight problem in her 50s that shouldn't have a job in the medical field,apply Nd shes refusing clients. I had chronic pain that related to my job but didn't specifically apply to the current day. And she refused me and was very rude. I hope through this review the owner/manager contacts me and this individual is bared from any type of medical field. She would be better suited some where else ,where individuals Health needs are not her problem.

i've been coming here for awhile and i usually am satisfied . friday i came in with my one year old daughter and after getting called to the back , i waited 45 minutes before Dr Timothy Albers even came into the room. when he came in , he told me that they would run an RSV test which would only take 10 minutes . i wait another 30 minutes for a 10 minute test . the whole time i'm waiting in my room which is next to their little office, they are giggling and laughing ( obviously not working ). soo i go tell them that i'm about to leave and he catches an attitude . when i turn around and walk to my room , he is coming right behind me . obviously , the test results were ready , he just was sitting in there talking that he culdnt bring them so that we culdd go . i love Dr. Cook and Dr. Wolf . they are excellent . if i wuldve had them , this wouldnt have happened . Dr. Albers needs to learns from the others there

The doctor barely took a look at what was ailing me and said, "it's probably an insect bite." No lab or anything to confirm it. That was a waste of time, then he just prescribed some antibiotics for me to take.

Awful took my son there bc of an earache. The doctor said there wasn't anything wrong with him. It was the week of school exams so he couldn't miss school but the earache had gotten worse. So, I take him back four days later after school, told them like it was and what do you know, he had had an ear infection! I'm one ticked off mom. They really don't care about their patients, that's for sure! Never really cared for this place but when you can't miss school you have no other choice.
