I rate this hospital a high three because of the staff that is always going above and beyond to help you and/or your family at all times. But that's the only thing positive I can really say... While most all staff are great and amazing there's always those few that are just snobby and act like their just there for a check. And I know some people just have bad days but when it's always the same ones... Also another low is that if you visit this hospital be prepared for a good little wait. I've always had a extensive stay.

Worst place to get anything done with job applications and shadowing applications ever. I have been waiting 3 weeks to hear back from my application when they told me 1 week. They made me go and get all my immunisations and fill out a book of paperwork and never contacted me back. I call and email them everyday but no response. Pathetic. They could have at least had the decency to tell me they were not going to take my application instead of using me as a pin cushion for all the shots I had to get.

I call the billing department two different times. Holding at least 10 minutes om both calls. The lady answered the phone it sounded like she was eating. That for one is very unprofessional. Customer service is also very unprofessional. Called about my bill and she had to correct me in a rude way and the way she said some things was RUDE

My husband has been there for 3 weeks after knee replacement for both knees. Moved to rehab and after a week had to be moved to the 3rd floor for a heart problem. I can't say enough about how pleased we have been with the staff.

Tell me something...how is it that a major piece of equipment needed for a procedure to complete a surgery doesn't work when needed? You have someone who is in very bad shape, cut open, and your machine goes down!!! Really? How often do you think a human being can handle that? Especially someone who is in such bad shape. This is a human being!! Not just a number on a chart but a person, a father, a son, a husband!!!
If you were operating on your own family member would that have happened? Yeah, I don't think so!!! Please get it together and care.
