They wanted me to wait 6 days to get the windshield fixed. This was during July 4th holiday. They couldn't or wouldn't exchange my car the day I called about the crack in the windshield.

The Twin Falls Enterprise employees are fantastic! The customer service is top-notch and I can always count on receiving quality service when I am in a hurry to get on the road.

Started out with Budget. ....ended up with enterprise great choice they were wonderful will definitely use enterprise for all our future rentals

I have rented from Enterprise for a lot of years. I am glad to say i have only had a couple of maybe negative experiences. Everyone is human and no one is above making a mistake. I will continue to rent from them. They provide a great service.

Rave!! Surprisingly enough the last two times we have been to Enterprise on Blue Lakes the manager has bent over backwards just to make sure we were taken care of. Today was extremely difficult for them because they had an outrageous amount of vehicles rented at the airport so that left them with literally no vehicles at their lot. The guys at Enterprise were incredible and were just awesome today, when my son had to go to the bathroom they ALL were very tentative with him as well. Big shout out to Enterprise today!!!!
