Nothing like being lied to as a repeat customer at this dealership. Bought our 3rd vehicle from here last month, wanted to do joint financing with my daughter since it was her car and to help a college kid build her credit. Finance and salesman told me that it would be easier for me to run my credit and just add my daughter to the loan at the bank. Well, talked to the bank today and they said a BIG "Nope, can't be done without re-financing the loan". Yeah, wish I would have known that in the first place Rob Green finance and sales people. Thought you guys were the experts in that area of the business? Guess not, but hey, at least you got our money. Will have to think again about dealing with your company next time.

I had a bit of a rough experience my first time in. However, Derrick, one of the service managers saw that I was very frustrated and wasted no time in calling me and addressing my concerns. My wife and I are very happy that they have taken care of things and addressed our issue. They are giving us a loaner car until the parts come in to fix our car that was recalled for air bag issues. We really appreciate them taking the time to address our concerns and providing us with a vehicle that we will be safe in until the parts arrive for our vehicle. We are buying a new vehicle soon and because of the extra effort they provided us with we will see if we can go through them for our next purchase.

Drove three hundred miles for them to tell me my truck was not broken, 25 miles and 15.000 hundred dollars later not counting the tow to Reno Nissan dealership, Who found a bad fuel pump. I would not take my daughters tricycle there to get fixed.
