Deb is a great insurance agent. She's honest, and diligent to find the policies that work best for each person's situation. My sis referred me to her and I've referred my friends and family to her as well. You won't go wrong doing business with Debbie Lattin Insurance.

In response to the Christine Gardner review, I would just like to state that the accident she is speaking of was in 2007 and we are only able to provide the rates that the companies provide. We have absolutely no control over rating due to an accident or due to just your typical rate increase that a company has to take occasionally to make their overhead. We always shop for better rates for our clientele as we are an independent agent and we have several companies from which to choose. Nearly 10 years ago, as this was, we were much more limited on our carriers and we shopped and there were none less. We were/are sorry that Christine left us but it is, in fact, what competition is all about. We did shop out that policy and had nothing more affordable to offer. We have many folks that come to us for the same reason. Please don't blame your agent for things that are beyond his/her control. We can only shop and recommend ways to reduce cost. We have to pay those rates as well and we will only treat our clientele as we would treat ourselves and we go out of our way to assist where we can. Many times, folks don't know what is going on inside the office and I will guarantee you, we do all we can to help keep the rates down while still maintaining highly rated companies that will take care of our client's needs should they arise.

I had been a client of this insurance company for several years. I had never had an accident. I backed into a trailer. No damage to the trailer but some damage to my fender. About $1500. Well my insurance rates were raised because of this. I don't feel that Jill had my best interest at heart. When I discuss this with her she told me " well I work for the insurance company and you" so I told her that I was the one that was paying her salary, and I felt I was her client. So I acquired insurance with another agency. And actually was about $20 a month less expensive.
