Great salsa! Always great. I find if the salsa isn't good, leave immediately.

You always get plenty (or more) to eat. You're always met immediately as you enter their restaurant & taken to a table ASAP! The servers are really nice & have a smiling face. Your food is served quickly & hot. I love going there. It's like going to see all your friends. 😊

I would normally rate this place 5 stars, Great food, and better margaritas, but somethings should not go unnoticed. The other night the young blonde gal in the bar was very loudly, yelling and badgering the other waitress right in the middle of the restaurant/bar. She was very loud and rude to the other waitress! She made a huge scene, hooting and hollering for what seemed like a miscommunication. She was also blaring the f word at tables and to the other employees. I was proud of the other gal for not reacting to the situation. SHE was our waitress, very sweet. Though she did seem a bit shook up after that. But she still gave us wonderful service! Sad that such a great place would let their staff treat other employees so badly especially in front of customers. :(

I have been eating here (and the Jerome location) for almost 20 years and so rarely have I been disappointed I might be able to accurately recall one time, and that was nearly a decade ago.
Service is almost always top notch, and in fact when they have their A-game on it might be the best in town. The food is very good, and I have said before and say again they have the best chili colorado. Not best in Twin. Not best in Idaho. The best I have had, and I've been all over the west including the places that erroneously vaunt the quality of the Mexican food, like California and Arizona.
It is unusual for us to eat here less than once a month, and is typically more frequent than that. This is where we bring our friends from out of town when they want a good meal.
Garibaldi's is amongst the best Twin Falls had to offer, and definitely the best Mexican restaurant.
