The food here is almost always well prepared and delicious. I did have bejing beef that was a bit overcooked once. Way too crunchy for my taste and slightly bitter.
One suggestion would be to maybe increase the temperature of the steam table a bit. If I get a regular plate (as opposed to a to-go box which has a lid to keep heat in), my food is often too cool by the time I get a drink and get to my table. I like my food to be piping hot to begin with and it almost never is here. If I get the to-go box (even when dining in), the food stays warm better, but could still be a bit warmer for my liking.

Very tasty for a quick bite that sates your Americanized-chinese food craving. Very well priced, I'm always surprised by my total in a good way!
