Very poor customer service the delivery driver messed up our order and when she came back to fix it she was very rude and got very mad and acted like it was our fault that she messed up the pizza it self wasn't as good as it has been in the past the chicken wings were very good i think that was the best part but I DO NOT recommend papa johns

Should have read the reviews at this store before ordering. I have been a Papa Johns lover for years but I was extremely disappointed by the service today. I convinced my coworkers to order pizza from here, and was excited to share it with a whole group of new potential customers. We submitted our order online and instead of getting two large pizzas we received a large and a small. I called them to try to remedy the situation but because one of my coworkers had already eaten a slice of the incorrect pizza they would not exchange it. I will not be coming back here ever again and I hope you won't make the same mistake I did. Just disgraceful.

Me and my wife spend at least 80 a week. Well they open at 1030 am and we put the order in at 10 am online. Last week the manager told us she would help us out and get it out as soon as she could. So today I walk in and it's a different manager and she was very rude. She tells me at almost 1045 that it still has 10 to 15 mins. I told her about my conversation with the manager last week she says she ain't the other manager. We almost just left. And it took 30 mins past her 10 to 15. We love Pappa johns pizza but now cuz of this experience will probably not go back again..

Pizza is delicious. My half cheese-half pepperoni was mostly cheese only, with a small amount of pepperoni. Girl at counter argued when I questioned the amount of pepperoni. My first.and least visit.

Understanding that Anchovies are not everyone's favorite pizza topping but they are my husband's and when he ordered his pizza with half anchovies he only got 3 that's not even one per slice! And when he called about it he was basically told to bad that's all we put on there, if that's so then you should rethink your policy and definitely your customer service
