I haven't had pizza hut in a while and now I remember why. The pizza was greasy and heavy, the breadsticks were greasy. The place was empty and the table felt sticky and kind of dirty. I went away disappointed and feeling a bit yucky

While the food was good here, and the server was very sweet, the restaurant was a MESS! There was pieces of food all over the floor and the dining room looked unclean. Added to that, each table seemed to have a different type of chair, the overall impression wasn't good. The place needs a serious cleaning and perhaps renovations to make it appealing.

Our server was very polite. She was quick and did good. HOWEVER.... trying to eat while you have 200 flys landing on your face, drink, food.... WOW! Each booth had a dozen flies... Nasty! We politely asked for our check after 3 minutes of fighting them off. Worst I have ever seen! Must handle that!

Fun, old school (90's) styling with a nice menu, salad bar, & server. Looks like th ere is a good group room too.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. I called in an order to the Addison st Pizza Hut thinking it was the blue lakes one, and when I arrived there were no employees. I waited
to be seated for about 2-3 minutes and finally started saying hello and a young girl came out and said sorry I was talking to my boss in the back. She then proceeded to tell me that we called the Addison Pizza Hut. I said really ok I'm gonna call them and cancel it, because I want to eat here. She than said ummm ummm over and over again and than got her boss. Her boss said we're not aloud to eat here because we already placed an order at Addison, so we can't help you. I said so you're refusing service?? And she said bubye I said really? She again said bubye. Worst customer I've ever seen. Save your money and time and go to the Pizza Hut on Addison.
