No one there is ever friendly and they act like you are a burden if you come to order food. They messed up my order TWICE and gave me attitude when I asked them to fix it the first time and then again when they still couldn't get it right. I was one of 2 customers even here. How hard is it to make a steak quesorito? Apparently very. Worst Taco bell i have ever been to and they are very consistent with being awful. Great job guys.

Let me start off by saying this is the worst customer service I have received in any Fast food chain restaurants by a boy name Mathew. Mathew was very unprofessional and has no sense of good customer service. We are driving from Seattle Wa to Atlanta Georgia and decided to stop by this place for a quick bite while we order to take to our children back at our hotel who are hungry tired and sleepy. While we were ordering for a family of 10 Mathew kept interrupting and showing no patience to what we wanted and gave us attitude the whole entire time. Mathew needs more training when it comes to customer service and better people skills. I will never come back to this Taco Bell and make sure everyone whom I know will never eat here.

They could not get our order right and then just wanted to argue. Not worth any of the hassle we were given. Wish I could give them no stars. So not worth the tummy ache you'll get anyway.

Went into the Twin Falls Taco Bell last night with extended family for a dine-in "experience". It was "freezing" inside. My wife went to the car for a jacket, another customer went out for a blanket. I had an eerie notion of what I'd hear if I asked the cashier to turn down the air conditioner - and yep - I heard it! "Sorry sir, we have no control over the temperature." This place is set to deteriorate if "corporate" does not care enough about customers to allow in-store employees to "adapt" the environment for reasonable comforts. It's a "business model" going off the rails. If I were a shareholder I'd be deeply disturbed about this means of "not" doing business. We left with our food and "picnicked" outside a nearby Starbucks.

This place is absolutely horrid. Can we get some folks in here that take pride in what they do? There wasn't a clean table in the store, the floor looked like it was from an episode of hoarders, and the crew were lackluster and filthy. Heaven forbid you ask a crew member to clean a table for you. Manager? I don't think they have one. It looks like they pulled the misfits from the streets in to make tacos real quick. This place was horrible before the remodel, one would think the crew would take some pride in their new facility. No way, they're just set on tearing it apart. This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever seen, and it just keeps getting even worse. I'll drive to BOISE before I'll visit this cesspit again.
