The ladies were extremely friendly and helpful with every aspect of my rental experience. Hurricane Harvey has left them short of cars for now, but they were clearly trying very hard and worrying very much about getting cars for all of their reservations. I would absolutely recommend them. Plus, there doesn't seem to be a lot of rental car competition in Tyler!

I suppose you already seen a lot of bad reviews about the customer service and manager below. I feel the same way, even the manager got so much of bad reviews, she is still there today for 8 years! Isn't that incredible? Actually I rented in Enterprise for 3 times already, EVERY time I got some bad situations. I suggest not to rent any car from Enterprise, unless you have to. Their final price is not as good as they showed you at first place. The BEST WAY to make them improve or die is not to choose this company! Let the market punish this company.

The manager Heather is EXTREMELY rude. We rented a car there for my daughter had trouble from the 1st day. The rental car had an alarm that kept going off for the back passenger door saying it was open. We returned the car and was accused of being in an accident. Heather accused my daughter that it was her fault and they would be doing an accident report on the car. She said and you better hope it's still under warranty or you will be charged for it. The car WAS NOT in an accident but just a simple alarm was going off. Rose was also trying to help my daughter and she was extremely nice and pleasant. Maybe Enterprise can send Heather to a month long seminar on how to treat customers. And how to be a better manager. We ended up returning the car to the Longview location because they are very nice and respectful there. Beware of this location. There are others go there!!!! 😊
