When I walked in I only had to fill out a few forms immediately they took me to the back I had a wonderful person with a great sense of humor assist me made me feel very comfortable and described everything she was going to do before she started I feel very positive about my next visit to the Tyler dental care center

I am on a low budget. I tried to reschedule an appointment for a tooth that is really hurting. I called on Saturday and left a message to cancel appointment for Wednesday. I was told I would have to pay $25 cancellation fee because it wasn't 3 days ahead of time period 3 business days Monday Tuesday and Wednesday make three. Don't have money to pay for a cancellation fee and I'm still in pain definitely not recommending this place

I was going to try this dentist because of all the great reviews. But I've learned to read through the bad reviews to see what they have in common. Well, after reading Danny Burrows' review and complaints, I was skeptical.... but what sealed the deal for me was the Dr's response to this man!
"Unfortunately when people neglect their dental care for decades after military service they’re often shocked at the condition their teeth have gotten into and are very upset when a dentist shows and tells them the truth. -Dr Dowd"
Petty. Insulting. Using personal, and no doubt, embarrassing information about one of his patients against him. This is a way of publicly shaming a person in order to smugly get revenge for a bad review. I know that dentists realize how embarrassing and uncomfortable it is for some people who struggle with fear of dentists, low income, or other circumstances that have lead to dental neglect, and issues. So this dentist is using those things against his own patients if they have the audacity to cross him by giving him a less than stellar review. And don't respond with your weirdly fake "give us a try, I know you'll love us." Nah. Boy bye.

Wow! I will never go to another dentist trying to find the perfect one for me. I have been to several dental professionals in my life and a couple of weeks ago I found the dental family that I have been trying to find for my family. A small team of amazing specialists that make you feel comfortable with a warm, down to earth atmosphere. I hated the "hospital feel" that most dentists unfortunately provide. Tyler Dental care provides the newest technology available but with a small town friendly feel. Always polite, Prompt to return my phone calls, and help with any problem that I ever had. Like I said My family has a new dentist and we couldn't be happier!

I called Tyler Dental Care after reading the stellar reviews here and elsewhere and I have not been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and will make you feel comfortable so if you have dentist chair anxiety like I do, this is place for you! They make a point to remember their clients and you really feel like you are talking to friends when you are there! I couldn't be happier with my choice!
