Took good care of me I had MRI done

I don't write very many reviews but in this case it was much
deserved!
I gladly give this location 5 stars. I went in about 1:00 and the
lady at the second window greeted me. She was very friendly
and very helpful! My Doctor had filled out the wrong paperwork
and she faxed over the correct paperwork for the procedure I
was going to have. She had an opening so she went ahead
and put me in that spot so I would get it done asap. My Doctor
faxed over the new paperwork all filled out correctly. She than
told me that I could go eat lunch and she would call me if they
could work me in even earlier. So I did and got back early and
they still got me in earlier. The procedure only took 10 minutes.
I asked when the results would be sent to my Doctor and she
said the next day most likely. But I informed my Technician that
my Doctor was off the next day and if there was anyway they could
get it to him today it would be much appreciated. The Tech. said
they would do the best they could to do that but it all depended on
how busy they were. So honestly I did not expect them to get
the results to him the same day. But about an hour later I get
a call from my Doctor with the results. Best of all they were
great results on the Doppler ultra sound. (NO PROBLEMS).
I will go back there again for anything I need MRI, Ultrasounds
I paid cash and it was very reasonable. Now I can sleep better
knowing my arteries are healthy. I THANK everyone at Open MRI
at 1904 E. Southeast Loop 323 Tyler.

Terrible experience at touchstone imaging Tyler. When I showed up I was told they pulled up what BCBS would pay. They said amount due would be $663.59, and I had to pay in full. While the staff was nice the billing was a nightmare. Due to the fact I paid all upfront they took their time sending the claim to my insurance company since I paid it in full, (I was told this by the office people, that if you pay upfront they are not in as big a hurry if you have them bill you).
Then went to Doctor appointment where he said he had to call to get the entire report, it did not even say anything about certain areas and this was an MRI pelvis with and without contrast. I had surgery last week turns out the report mentioned nothing that was obviously wrong with me.
Then I recieve a bill today where they want another $170.36 that the insurance company did not pay, even though their staff told me the $663 was all I would owe!!
I called their billing department to discuss, got a girl named Courtney who said someone would call me back tomorrow? This is terrible customer service. I will let you know what happens tomorrow if they call me back.
