I absolutely hated this office. The front desk lady is the worst. Very rude and never listens to what I tell her. She continues to cause problems to the point I where I can't even see the doctor. The insurance lady never understands what I'm trying to explain to her, she insists it's her way or the highway. I will not return. Three times of terrible service. I waited three hours just to see the doctor for five minutes when there was one car out front.

Would have liked to have scheduled an appointment to be seen here, but after being put on excessive holds almost an hour of just waiting to schedule an appointment, I finally gave up... definitely need to work on customer service!

Dr. Wasson and the staff are great. Dr. Wasson go above and beyond his field of specialty, as I am one of those patients. Thank you for taking care all my medical needs, you and your staff are greatly appreciated. I would recommend this office to anyone desiring "Total Women Care" and give it a 5 star rating.

Dr. wassan is amazing and most of the staff is truly nice. But setting an appointment is hard. They had me on hold 15min then I hung up thinking they forgot me and they still had me on hold the second time I called again, having me hold another 15min. The lady said "yes let me get to my computer" and just put me back on hold again. I was disappointed because I really wanted to get an appointment in. She waited till they closed and then nobody answered. Truly disturbing but I will say he's a great Dr.
