We have used Hibbs-Hallmark as our insurance agent for about 25 years. Need I say more?
Our agent is an expert in handling businesses such as ours; he does a lot of continuing education and travels to speak to industry groups.
The team at Hibbs-Hallmark is responsive to our needs, always available to quickly answer any concerns or claims that we report. They are pro-active in reviewing our needs and letting us know when policies are expiring or need attention of any sort. We are educated in insurance changes and --best of all-- Hibbs has saved us money by shopping around and even leaning on underwriters to get us the best deal.

If you are considering getting an insurance for your business beware of this company. I got my commercial insurance from this company. First they never explained to me in details what coverage i was getting. Each time i asked they would never clarify i had no choice but to get insurance from them i was refered to them by the agent who sold me the business and i had to have a insurance policy in place to get the loan from the bank. Each time you call the office they never return your call back. I called the owner of the company that this is going on and instead of correcting the problem she made me feel like it was our fault. I asked them to please send me the proposal for the new policy never heard back from them. They told me they emailed to us . i checked my emails and until i got on top of them they would never do anything. I tried to get a quote from another company to get the workers comp coverage and they requested a loss run sheet. i called krystal kholer the lady handling our case. and she told me it takes 30 days to get it. I called the hartford company directly and they sent me the report within 5 min. I asked them if agent request this information how long does it take and they told me it takes 2 min to get it to them. As you can see if you do insurance with them you are just a number to them. Every agent can write insurance from the carrier there is no special privaleges provided to one agent to another. I would think twice before working with this company. i am a fair person and never wrote negative on anyone. I even gave them 3-4 chances to correct the problem. but they never did. My workers comp last year was $1800 and suddenly went up to $12,000 and i contacted the company why it went up so much and they had us on the wrong category. and this agent who is doing this business for 30+ years as they claim did not fight to get that corrected. I wanted to warn everyone before you work with this company and get stuck in the policy like us. thank you.
