Was a customer for about 6 months went in to pay my insurance I was told to go to the back, the hispanic lady (big) told me that they didn't need me as a customer anymore due to late payments. I tried to explain to her, "she got the wrong person I've never been late"....she had an attitude and really didn't care. She didn't investigate or had any evidence when I ask for proof. I have call'd them to make sure that i pay my payments a little early due to my pay period.....very rude not a good place for insurance.
