This pharmacy has been compounding my son's heart medication for over 2 years. Insurance has never covered this particular medication. I am fully aware that I will pay out of pocket for this medication. Almost everytime I go to pick his medication up, they haven't filled it because "insurance didn't cover it" and they wanted to wait until they spoke with me about it. This poses a problem when they won't let me call in a refill until he only has 2 days left of this medications and it takes them 24 hours to compound it. Also, it depends on what pharmacist you speak with as to whether or not this medication needs to be refrigerated. I will never go back.

Called to ask a few questions. Very promptly had the answers I was needing along with more information that I did not ask but needed to know. Staff is very quick and friendly.
