Food quality and service vary from day to day but over all not a bad place for breakfast in the evening or anytime really. Some of their dinner items aren't too bad either

I was very happy with people and the waitress Chelsea she was great.you can' t find people like her very polite.you want find anyone that really takes care of her customer.

My waitress Taylor was so amazing as well as the service and food. From the start she was so friendly and exuberating, she recommended me to try their new Apple fritters and I was extremely blown away. I loved it here, I recommend everyone to go to the IHOP in Tyler by the mall, they are the best ones in Tyler.

Great food, quick and friendly service. Ask for Dana if you visit ((115 W SW Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75701)), she'll take care of you. Drinks were refilled quickly and empty plates were taken out of the way. Great experience.

Used to eat here every week with my friends, then the waitress who had served us several times before decided to insult my friend and imply that he didn't understand basic math as he was trying to calculate the correct amount to tip her for the meal after we had split up the tab. It was not light-hearted, it was not charming banter. Her remark was so disgustingly unkind that the three of us were left speechless sitting in the booth, we gave her the right tip for the meal, and have never been back since.
