Terrible. Just terrible. Took almost an hour and a half to get here and when it did it was cold. It has happened every Time I decide to give them a chance. And they got my order wrong.

I ordered a pizza about two hours ago. I've called the Pizza Hut twice and both times they have told me that the pizza is on the way. It doesn't take that long to deliver a pizza. When it gets here it will probably be cold also.
Edit: I'm still waiting on my pizza; however, the last person I talked to at this Pizza Hut credited $20 to my account for the next time I order. I'm still hungry at the moment but for next time I order this will be useful since they usually don't take this long. So now I give it a 2/5 due to the fact I still haven't received a pizza.

Usually my # 1 spot for pizza I recommend you "call in" your order the wait is around 15 minutes

Let me start off by saying I was on hold for a total of 12 mins. During those 12 mins the man picked up the phone twice and asked me to hold again. So I called from my other phone while still on hold on the other one and a lady picked up and took a total of 15 mins to take my order because she didn't know how to work the computer. She told me my total was 15.83. I drive a total of 12 miles to pick up my pizzas the man told me my total was 30.00. I got the large 2 topping for 7.99 ( I ordered 2) so how that equal 30.00 the world will never know. But anywho my pizzas was wrong and the man just looked at me and asked what I want him to do about it. Smh I'll never go back. So spend your money else where.

Placed an online order at 8:36 for 2 large pizzas. It said my order would be ready for pick-up at 8:54. Upon arrival at 8:54 the pizza was not ready (which was okay, because I understand a little leeway). While waiting I noticed when I walked in that the restaurant had a pungent smell of gassolin (which I wasn't happy about, but I had already paid). I continued to wait while other customers also were waiting and received messed up orders. While the manager refunded their orders we were told our order that had been ready (but was sitting in the warmer) was ready for us after 30 minutes of waiting. Upon inspection of our pizza we noticed it was quickly thrown together and my extra sauce was no sauce at all. The pizza was not properly cooked; so I asked for a refund. I will never step food in this pizza hut establishment again. It was dirty and the cook did not have proper sanitary clothing. He kept wiping his hands on his dirty pants. The only one that was okay was the cashier whom said he was sorry and tried to make things better (but he had only been working their for 2 weeks).
