I always enjoy eating at The Egg & I. The food is delicious with many healthy options. The service is great! Today Raceland was my server. He was prompt, polite, and professional. Alone, with family and friends, or for a business meeting, you can't go wrong here.

Extremely ... great, friendly, pleasant customer service the ENTIRE visit. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. We will definitely be back... time and time again!

37 min wait for half sandwich and salad that looks like the following. I had to get back to work so had to ask for it Togo as it took to long for a lunch special to come out. Looks like my Cobb salad was just scrapped off a plate to be put in the container, keep in mind at 37 min from the time I was sat I had to ask to get it Togo. So I guess that's what you get. This is a half chicken salad sandwich and half Cobb salad. (Having a hard time to understand why it takes so long to make this) Don't come here if you only get and hour lunch anymore. Arrived at 1pm finally got to Order at 1:11pm, got out with food in Togo container and paid by 1:41. Asked to get it Togo at 1:37 - There food has always been fresh and good and service has been great - but last two times in this month I have had the same experience. I don't know if there is new Managment or staff as the same faces seam to be there, but service and speed has really gone down hill, and the pride of what's coming out of the kitchen as well. This is unfortunate as this was my favorite place Togo to. Yes I am upset as I really liked this place and now I find myself having to look elsewhere.

The Egg & I in Tyler, TX has become a favorite of mine! The menu has great selections and the food is always delicious and fresh! The staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. We have had the same server (Justin) the times we've gone. He's great! You can tell he's experienced & he always delivers superb customer service with a smile. They don't fuss if i request to sub an item or two. They are a family friendly environment. I have dined with just my husband and I as a brunch date & we've also brought our daughters for family breakfasts out. We look forward to dining there again!
The Egg & I in Tyler, TX has become a favorite of mine! The menu has great selections and the food is always delicious and fresh! The staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. We have had the same server (Justin) the times we've gone. He's great! You can tell he's experienced & he always delivers superb customer service with a smile. They don't fuss if i request to sub an item or two. They are a family friendly environment. I have dined with just my husband and I as a brunch date & we've also brought our daughters for family breakfasts out. We look forward to dining there again!

I came here with my father and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the avocado toast (just for the millennial jokes, and because we both do love avocados) and were amazed by how genuinely delicious it was. The toast itself was tasty and perfectly toasted while the avocados were very fresh and had a subtle flavor of lemons. The eggs that came with it (to order) were extremely delicious and didn't even need to be salted. We also ordered the bacon chicken avocado sandwich and the oatmeal pancake. The sandwich was frankly half the size of his head and just LOOKED delicious (before he squished it trying to fit it in his mouth) and lived up to appearances. The pancake was huge and tasted exactly as advertised - and probably the best pancake I've ever had. The service was absolutely excellent and the server was very nice and offered some suggestions off the menu when asked. I feel like she didn't quite like us, but she still gave us excellent service and plenty of attention even with several other tables to manage. The atmosphere was also great and friendly even as the noise level rose with the morning crowd. It truly lives up to its casual family atmosphere with delicious high quality food!
