I recently had eyelash extensions done there for a trip. I have had eyelash extensions done many times before so I understand the process, care, etc. Well, the cosmetologist talked briefly about how her clients tell her all the juicy gossip about them cheating, friends cheating, etc. Therefore, I felt very dirty & did not care much for the conversation. Next, she GLUED MY EYELASHES TOGETHER & had to cut my lower eyelashes to pry my eye open. Therefore, I have extremely small eyelashes on one eye on the bottom. Funny enough, I still paid a whopping 115$ (Approx 98$ is normal) w nothing but an apology in return for cutting my eyelashes & taking 30 min over the appointment to fix her mistakes. Next, I had the eyelashes on for maybe 8 days before they fully went to junk. They began falling apart and twisting around & looking horrible. I actually just removed them w oil & remover. I've never been more disappointed in a service or a worker's experience (not to mention feeling dirty because "apparently" all her clients are giant adulterases. Not giving my money back to that place.

Had a pedicure here for my Mother's day treat for me and my daughter. It was very pricey compared to most places and the quality was horrible. My daughter's polish was all chipped off on several toes and looked really bad before the end of the week. My polish was also chipping in places and looking bad in a week. I have been to other places alot less expensive and never had the quality be any where close to this. My pedicures would last at least two weeks with no problems or even longer. I contacted the owner about this and she did not care! Only said because it had been over a few days she couldn't do anything. Well in my opinion when I am paying around $80 for 2 basic pedicures I deserve and believe they should at least last a full week. That just shows bad quality of services. I will not be back! My daughter deserved so much better for her first Mother's day and I thought they were supposed to be a quality place. WRONG!

Had a wonderful experience at the Rose Spa a few weeks ago; I got an amazing pedicure with Natalie and I booked a couples massage for me and my husband for today! The atmosphere is amazing and the people are wonderful! Love the gift shop, great prices and great items!
