My dog was itching and had a really bad ear infection I called asked a couple question and got some good answers . after I got off the phone with then called them back and asked if I could bring him in no apt needed back they said yea ,took him in got him checked out and his medicine plus the visit came to about 132 .00 .staff is always friendly and they always give you options .never push you into buying things Love this place
