They never answer the phone. Makes you wonder if they really your business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I rarely give negative reviews but I would honestly give them zero stars if that was an option. When you call prepare to let it ring at least 40+ times before anyone picks up. Also if they make a mistake you pay the price! I have a cpap machine through them and I originally signed up to have them call me when I was eligible for replacement items (masks, filters, tubes etc). I verified with the salesman (and the person at the desk) that they would call me. Months later no call. So I tried to get them on the phone. They never answered. So I went in and was told that my insurance company only let them call me every 3 months. So I was told to wait until August. Okay, Aug came and went and they never called. I repeatedly tried to call (waiting 40-50 rings) they never answered and other times it just 'hung up' on their end (after 40-50 rings). I couldn't get through until mid OCTOBER. When I asked why they had not called they said it was probably that my insurance would not let them call me. They then verified that they were not allowed to call me and said sorry whoever I spoke to before must not have looked up my insurance. But it was the same person I was speaking with. So they said they would send me my materials and I had to WAIT ANOTHER 3 months before calling again. I pointed out they had given me incorrect information both times and I was due for multiple items that my insurance would pay for in full. They said it was their error but they could not fix it. They refused to do anything to help and honestly acted like they did not care. Despite the fact that the person I was speaking with was the same person who "did not look up my insurance" on multiple occasions and despite the fact that the salesperson also apparently billed by insurance but 'did not look it up' they would not do anything or even offer a sincere apology. They are the worst. (side note: my insurance has not changed and I have had other companies call me about replacement devices prior to using Barnes).

I was so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful family called Barnes Healthcare Services for 7 years. If I hadn't had to move to Florida, I would still be there now until Charlie III forced me to leave! Not only are the Barnes family awesome, the employees really care about their customers / patients. I hope that 1 day soon my friend, CWB, III and I, can get together and catch up. .Maybe at the Ozark Supper Club? ? Hahaha

I recently started driving my grandma to Barnes once a month to pick up her prescriptions and this really is a nice little community pharmacy. Not that the building is "small", but they seem to know their patients and also seem genuinely concerned with the well-being of their patients. I really enjoy our trips to Barnes.
